Had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel. The location is stunning with breathtaking views of the valley. The rooms were clean, tastefully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was fantastic and delicious. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The hotel is located in a remote area, so transportation can be difficult if you want to get around and explore the surrounding towns. the parking was quite far from the hotel, which made it inconvenient to get to and from the hotel with luggage.

The warm welcome, luxurious room, fine setting, frescoes in the hotel room, and delicious local cuisine at the adjacent restaurant make Palazzo Brandano a amazing experience. The young staff's positive energy and willingness to help, along with the clean rooms and historic village ambiance, add to the overall charm. The balcony/garden provides a amazing view of the valley, especially during sunset.

The staff and founders care about every visitor and their community, creating a positive and helpful atmosphere. Cleanliness was really good, and hotel facilities were well-equipped. Location in the city was great, despite the narrow streets in front of the hotel.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We were also thrilled with the basic amenities provided, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. We particularly loved the charming atmosphere and the exceptional service from the staff members Jeorgan and Osmand, who made our honeymoon even more special.

The location of the hotel was interesting as it was in a charming village with very narrow streets where you could soak up a truly unique atmosphere. Our room was very comfortable with a lovely bathroom and the service was friendly and attentive. the breakfasts were great, with a wide variety of food offered and with some truly delicious dishes available. there were some good facilities on offer, including some very comfy pillows and beautiful wall paintings.

The view from the hotel was not very pleasant and somewhat disappointing.

Spent Christmas at a beautiful hotel in Tuscany. the staff were fantastic and really made us feel at home. the location was idyllic with stunning views of the countryside from our balcony. We enjoyed the delicious local wine and the freshly prepared food that was served in the restaurant. the bed was comfortable and we really appreciated the cozy fireplace in our room.

That the parking lot was quite a distance from the hotel. It was a bit of a hassle to carry our bags back and forth, especially in the cold winter weather.
